Yöneticilik deneyimim ve kazandırdıkları

Otelcilik sektöründe Güvenlik Müdürü olarak görev yaptığım süre boyunca; tesis güvenliğinin yalnızca fiziksel güvenlik önlemlerinden ibaret olmadığını, aynı zamanda **misafir memnuniyeti, çalışan güvenliği, operasyonel süreklilik, risk yönetimi ve kurum imajının korunması** açısından stratejik bir yönetim alanı olduğunu deneyimleme fırsatı buldum. Görev sürem boyunca güvenlik departmanının günlük operasyonlarını planlayarak; vardiya organizasyonu, personel yönetimi, görev noktalarının etkin kullanımı, kamera ve teknik güvenlik sistemlerinin takibi, giriş-çıkış kontrolleri, olaylara müdahale, acil durum yönetimi ve kriz koordinasyonu gibi birçok alanda aktif sorumluluk üstlendim. Özellikle otel ortamında karşılaşılabilecek **kaza, yaralanma, kayıp eşya, şüpheli kişi veya paket, yangın, tahliye, misafir kaynaklı olaylar ve diğer acil durumlarda** hızlı ve kontrollü karar almanın önemini ön planda tuttum.

Best aspect: Otel güvenlik yöneticiliğini benim için yalnızca bir görev veya pozisyon olarak değil, yüksek sorumluluk gerektiren bir liderlik alanı olarak değerlendiriyorum. Görev yaptığım tesislerde temel hedefim; güvenlik hizmetini disiplinli, ölçülebilir, sürdürülebilir ve sürekli geliştirilebilir bir sistem haline getirmek olmuştur. Benim güvenlik yönetimi anlayışımın temelinde; Önceden görmek, Önlem almak, Doğru iletişim kurmak, Ekip oluşturmak, Kriz anında sakin kalmak, Olayı doğru yönetmek, Doğru raporlamak ve Aynı olayın tekrar yaşanmaması için sistemi geliştirmek bulunmaktadır. Bugün sahip olduğum otel güvenlik yönetimi deneyimini; operasyonel güvenlik, risk yönetimi, kriz yönetimi, ekip liderliği, misafir ilişkileri, İSG, acil durum yönetimi ve kurumsal raporlama alanlarında edindiğim kapsamlı bir mesleki birikim olarak değerlendiriyorum. Gelecekte de edindiğim bu deneyimi, görev alacağım tesisin güvenlik standartlarını geliştirmek, çalışan ve misafir güvenliğini en üst seviyeye taşımak, operasyonel riskleri azaltmak ve kurumun sürdürülebilir başarısına katkı sağlamak amacıyla kullanmayı hedefliyorum. Area that needs improvement: Tesisimizin güçlü bir marka değeri, deneyimli çalışanları ve gelişime açık bir operasyonel yapısı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Benim açımdan gelişimin temel noktası mevcut sistemi tamamen değiştirmek değil; iyi çalışan uygulamaları koruyarak, eksik kalan noktaları tespit etmek ve sistemi adım adım daha ileri bir seviyeye taşımaktır. Özellikle görev noktalarının iyileştirilmesi, fiziksel ve yapısal risklerin azaltılması, teknolojik güvenlik altyapısının güçlendirilmesi, personel eğitimlerinin artırılması, departmanlar arası iletişimin geliştirilmesi ve risklerin veriye dayalı olarak takip edilmesi tesisimizin geleceği açısından önemli kazanımlar sağlayacaktır. Ben bu değerlendirmeleri bir “eksik arama” yaklaşımıyla değil, “daha iyisini nasıl yapabiliriz?” anlayışıyla ele alıyorum. Bir tesisin başarısının yalnızca bugünkü performansıyla değil, gelecekte karşılaşabileceği risklere ne kadar hazırlıklı olduğu ve kendisini ne kadar sürekli geliştirebildiğiyle ölçülmesi gerektiğine inanıyorum. Bu nedenle güvenlik yönetimi perspektifinden temel hedefim; Daha güvenli bir tesis, Daha bilinçli bir ekip, Daha güçlü bir operasyon, Daha hızlı risk yönetimi, Daha yüksek misafir memnuniyeti ve daha sürdürülebilir bir yönetim sistemi oluşturulmasına katkı sağlamaktır. Tesisimizin sahip olduğu potansiyelin doğru planlama, doğru yatırım, güçlü ekip çalışması ve sürekli iyileştirme anlayışıyla çok daha ileri bir seviyeye taşınabileceğine inanıyorum.
