Verified Business Response

Hotel managements can officially respond to published employee reviews. No general membership is required.

1. Request response authorization by specifying your hotel and corporate email address on the contact page.
2. Site management independently verifies your business connection. Merely writing an email is not enough to be considered a verified business.
3. After verification, you will be given a private, time-limited access link.
4. Open the link and submit a response to the published reviews of your own hotel. Responses are published after content review and admin approval.

The review owner’s name, email, IP address, and private records are not shown to businesses. Responses must not contain a person’s name, personal contact information, threats, or statements targeting an employee.
